New Mexico Real Estate
Land of Enchantment is famous for its many attractions of nature like the Rio Grande and White Sands National Monument. Important elements to of the state’s economy are mineral extraction, farming and tourism.

New Mexico is bounded on the north by Colorado, on the east by Texas and Oklahoma, on the south by Mexico and on the west by Arizona.


New Mexico Business
The New Mexico agricultural sector of the economy produces cattle and sheep, hay sorghum, onions, potatoes, dairy products, piñon nuts, pinto beans, and chilies.

The mining industry does well extracting coal, silver, turquoise, copper, uranium, manganese, potash, salt, perlite, natural gas, beryllium, and tin. Petroleum and are also found in smaller quantities.

The industrial sector of the New Mexico economy provides food processing, mineral processing, chemical production, electrical equipment, and ammunition. High-technology manufacturing is increasingly important, much of it in the defense industry. The US military is a major employer in this arid state.

The tourist industry here is strong offering visitors many places to visit including Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Aztec Ruins National Monument, White Sands, Bandelier, Capulin Volcano, El Morro, Fort Union, Gila Cliff Dwellings, Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monuments and Chaco Culture National Historical Park.
