Colorado Real Estate
The Centennial State has a very vigorous business environment and is rated as one of the best places in the US to do business. This state of mountains has a very experienced labor pool to draw from and a physical location that makes it ideal with transporting products and supplies for all corners of the United States. The magnificent and rugged terrain of this state bathed in nature and offers skiing enthusiasts some of the best skiing in the world.

This Rocky Mountain state is bounded by Kansas on the east, Wyoming on the north, Utah to the west and New Mexico to the south.


Colorado Business
Cattle ranching, sheep farming and the production of dairy products are the main agricultural additions to the economy of this mountain state. Other agricultural crops consist of wheat, hay, corn, and sugar beets. Manufacturing has become an important source of revenue for the state economy with food processing being a primary business. Other important sectors of the economy consist of the production of computer equipment, aerospace products, transportation equipment, and electrical equipment. The printing and publishing industry as well as the manufacture of fabricated metals, chemicals, and lumber also add to the state’s economy. A number of federal institutions that include army and air force bases, prisons, the Denver Mint, as well as regional offices, add significantly to the state economy.

The tourist industry is alive and well here too and is a very important part of Colorado's economy. The climate here, the spectacular scenery, the many historical sites, and wide-ranging recreational facilities attract a huge number of tourists each year. A large number of resorts in communities like Vail and Aspen bring visitors to the state on a year-round basis and especially during the ski season. People will find great hunting, fishing, and skiing as well as a large number of special events like arts festivals, rodeos, and fairs.

Gold, silver and lead have been an important part of the mineral history of the state. Today the most important mineral deposits include petroleum, coal, molybdenum, sand, gravel, and uranium. While gold is no longer a major mining activity here there are large coal and oil resources.
