Oh What A Web We Weave...
When she finally agreed to testify before the 911 commission and stop hiding information form the American public, Condi Lies A Rice referred to the published warning by the CIA that al Qaeda was planning to attack America using hijacked planes, the Secretary of Hate dismissed the report as a "historical document" with no real "actionable" content.

In October of 2002 George W. Bush stated:
"If the Iraqi regime is able to produce, buy or steal an amount of highly-enriched uranium a little larger than a single softball, it could have a nuclear weapon in less than a year."

On July 30, 2003 Condi Lies A Rice stated:
"It was a case that said he was trying to reconstitute. He's trying to acquire nuclear weapons. Nobody ever said that it was going to be the next year."

On October 10th, 2004 Condi Lies A Rice stated:
"The intelligence assessment was that he (Saddam) was reconstituting his nuclear program; that, left unchecked, he would have a nuclear weapon by the end of the year."

Even though the CIA report warning of an imminent planned attack on America by al Qaeda using hijacked planes was ignored by the Secretary of Hate, the sketchy and misleading reports of Weapons Of Mass Destruction (that the UN could not find) was flaunted and misrepresented as an excuse for attacking a sovereign nation, hiding the real reason the bombs found women and children in their beds, the greed for control of the second largest oil field in the world.

And what was the result of war based on lies, the death of over 150,000 Iraqis, the death of almost 1,500 (as of Feb. 7, 2005) and the greedy gobbling up of American tax dollars by war profiteering corporations like Halliburton, to the point of the Bush administration claiming that we cannot afford to feed America’s hungry.

And while the administration and the Secretary of Hate claims this unjustified war has made us safer it has in fact created a rallying cry for fanatical Muslim extremists and turned Iraq into the number one training and terrorist recruiting country in the world.

Peter Bergen, an expert on world terrorism wrote "What we have done in Iraq is what bin Laden could not have hoped for in his wildest dreams: We invaded an oil-rich Muslim nation in the heart of the Middle East, the very type of imperial adventure bin Laden has long predicted was the U.S.'s long-term goal in the region. We deposed the secular socialist Saddam, whom bin Laden has long despised, ignited Sunni and Shi'a fundamentalist fervor in Iraq, and have now provoked a defensive jihad that has galvanized jihad- minded Muslims around the world. It's hard to imagine a set of policies better designed to sabotage the war on terror."

The think tank for the director of the CIA (the National Intelligence Council), released a report saying that Iraq has replaced Afghanistan as the training ground for the next generation of professional terrorists. The chairman of the NIC has stated "a magnet for international terrorist activity."

To me the real question is why would those who are supposed to protect us ignore warnings of immanent danger and then use false information to take America into a war that distracts it form pursuing the real world terrorists? I can think of only one reason. The Bush administration and his war profiteering corporate Draculas need a state of almost hysterical fear gripping the citizens of the US so they can perpetrate the ultimate hoax. Remember the week just before the Republican convention in New York in 2004? The Bush administration raised the frighten the public alert level, claiming that some very specific buildings in New York were in imminent danger. Come to find out this alert was based on three year old information, gee trying to scare people are we. In fact all the heightened alert levels that have taken place have stopped not one single act of terror. Make me wonder.

The most disturbing thing is that the tactics of fear re-elected George Bush and made way for Conda Lies A Rice as our new Secretary of Hate. And George Bush claims the American people have endorsed a state of fear for America.
